How to check how many cases in one month?

To check how many cases were created in a month, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Go to the Main Menu.
  3. Select Cases under the Helpdesk app.
  4. Use the filters or search options to display cases based on the desired month, with the Created Time filter set to Previous Month, Current Month, or a custom date range.
  5. Check the count at the top right corner of the module.
