How can I reply to a case?

You can reply to a case from the Summary View of the case record. 

Follow these steps to reply to a case: 

  1. Log in to your CRM account. 
  2. Click the Main Menu. 
  3. Go to Support
  4. Click Cases
  5. Select and open the case that you want to reply to. 
  6. Click the Reply button in the Activity section in the Summary View. 
  7. Type the text.
  8. Click Send.
