Can I save my phone calls as text copies or transcripts?

Yes, you can save the transcripts of your phone calls. You can also send call transcripts to your customers.
Enable the Transcript field under the Phone Calls configuration to convert the audio file to the transcript. This transcript is mailed to the owner’s primary email address.
Note: Transcripts might not always provide an accurate representation of the audio.
