How do I create a service appointment for a service contract?

A service appointment is an onsite service that you provide your customers. Vtiger CRM provides you the option of creating a service appointment through a service contract.

Follow the steps to create a service contract:
  1. Click the Menu icon.
  2. Go to Support.
  3. Click Service Contracts. You will land on the List View of service contracts.
  4. Click the +Add Service Contract button.
  5. Fill out the necessary details such as service contract name, contract start date, contract end date, etc.
  6. Click Save and Continue to go to the Deep Dive View of the service contract.
  7. Click the Do button.
  8. Select Reach out later.
  9. Select Schedule Event.
  10. Enter the event details and set Activity Type to Onsite Service.
  11. Click Save.
