A service appointment is an onsite service that you provide your customers. Vtiger CRM provides you the option of creating a service appointment through a service contract.
Follow the steps to create a service contract:

- Click the Menu icon.
- Go to Support.
- Click Service Contracts. You will land on the List View of service contracts.
- Click the +Add Service Contract button.
- Fill out the necessary details such as service contract name, contract start date, contract end date, etc.
- Click Save and Continue to go to the Deep Dive View of the service contract.
- Click the Do button.
- Select Reach out later.
- Select Schedule Event.
- Enter the event details and set Activity Type to Onsite Service.
- Click Save.
