How do I create a Work Order from a Service Contract?

Follow these steps to create a Work Order from a Service Contract record:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Help Desk> Agent Enablement.
  4. Click Service Contracts. The List View opens.
  5. Select the desired Service Contract record for which you need to create a Work Order. The Summary View opens.
  6. Click More(three dots) on the top right corner of the screen.
  7. Select Work Orders. A What do you want to do? Window opens.
  8. Select Create Work Order. A Creating Work Order window opens.
  9. Enter all the necessary details.
  10. Click Save.
