Can I add a BCC field to the emails of an internal ticket?

Yes, you can add single or multiple BCC fields to Internal Tickets from the Email Settings page.

You can add a user-specified email address in the BCC field and send an email to the customer from an Internal Ticket. This also lets you reply to an email from a ticket.
