How do I unlock a contact record that is locked because the contact requested to stop processing their data?

Follow these steps to unlock a contact record:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Select Contacts.
  5. Open the contact record that is locked.
  6. Click the Re-open button.
