Is it possible to know when the last consent request was sent to a contact?
Yes, you can see the information in the Consents block.
Follow these steps to view the Consents block:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Essentials.
- Select Contacts.
- Open a contact record.
- Click the Details tab on the right sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Consents block.
- Check the Consent Last Requested Time field.
- The field contains the time when the last consent request was sent to the contact.
