While creating an email workflow, you can insert a payment link directly into the email body, making it easy for customers to complete payments. Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the Main Menu.
- Click Settings.
- Click Workflows under Automation.
- Click Add Workflow.
- Enter the details.
- Select the Send Email action.
- Enter the email body.
- Click Insert Links.
- Insert payment link.
- Select the payment gateway.
- Click Save to save the email action.
- Click Save to save the workflow.
Note: Only users with admin privileges can create Workflows.
