To stop the system from automatically setting up or executing workflows, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Click the user Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Click Automation > Workflows.
- Locate the Workflow you wish to disable.
- Enter or select the following information:
- Click on the toggle button to make the Workflow inactive.
- Click on the Delete icon to delete.
This will prevent the Workflow from executing automatically.
