How do I install the Phone Calls module in Vtiger? 

You must be an Admin user to install the module.
  1. Log in to your Vtiger CRM.
  2. Go to User Menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Go to Extensions.
  5. Search for Phone Calls
  6. Click Install.
After you install the module, you can see it under Main Menu > Essentials > Conversations.
