Why does my scheduled email campaign get delayed by a few minutes?

A scheduled campaign is sent only after its cron job runs, and a cron job is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. 

Follow these steps to view the cron job:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Settings, shown at the bottom of the menu.
  4. Look for the Automation section.
  5. Go to Scheduler.
  6. Select Email Campaigns to view the cron job.
