What are Email Campaign credits?

Email campaign credits represent the number of email addresses you can reach with a single email campaign. For example, if you have 100 credits, you can send one email campaign to 100 recipients.
Vtiger offers two types of email campaign credits:
  • Available Credits: The total number of email campaign credits currently in your account.
  • Allowed Credits: The maximum number of email campaign credits you are permitted to use at this time.
