Why have my allowed credits become zero?

Your Allowed Credits become zero when your Nice Score drops to zero. When this happens, your email campaign subscription is marked as Inactive, and you will no longer have any usable credits until the score improves or the subscription is reactivated.
To activate your account and increase the Nice Score, contact [email protected].

Note: If your email campaigns subscription is inactive, you cannot send email campaigns.
