How do I check my Email Campaign metrics?

Please follow the steps below to view the Email Campaigns metrics:

1. Log in to the CRM.
2. Go to the Main Menu.
3. Click Email Campaigns under the Marketing App.
   1. In the List View, you can check the metrics such as Sent, Opens, Clicks, Bounces, and Spam.
4. Select an Email Campaign record.
5. In the Summary View, you can view the below metrics:
   1. Sent
   2. Opens
   3. Clicks
   4. Bounces
   5. Unsubscribes
   6. Complaints
   7. Unopens
   8. Tracked
