Why am I not able to see the new Email Campaign I created?
If you are unable to view the new Email Campaign, please check the following:
- Make sure you have selected the correct list in the Email Campaign module so that all records are visible.
- Verify that Sharing Rules for Email Campaigns are set to Public, Read, or Read/Write to ensure visibility for that users if it is in private.
- Ensure user's Profile has the View permission enabled for Email Campaigns.
