How do I edit an autoresponder email campaign that has started?

No, you cannot edit an autoresponder email campaign once it has started running. To make changes, you must first stop the campaign and then edit it.
Follow these steps to stop an autoresponder email campaign:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click the main Menu.
  3. Go to Marketing > Email Campaigns.
  4. Open the autoresponder campaign that you want to stop.
  5. Click the Stop Campaign button at the top.
  6. Click Ok to confirm
When you stop an autoresponder, its status changes to Stopped.
