My autoresponder email campaign has a slight delay. Why?

An autoresponder campaign is sent only after its cron job runs. The corn job runs every 15 minutes. Hence, there will be a 15-minute delay after you launch the email campaign
Follow these steps to view the corn job details:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to the User Profile in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
  4. Look for the Automation section.
  5. Go to Scheduler. A list of schedulers will be displayed.
  6. Hover over the Auto Responder Campaigns to view the cron job details.
