An autoresponder campaign is sent only after its cron job runs. The corn job runs every 15 minutes. Hence, there will be a 15-minute delay after you launch the email campaign
Follow these steps to view the corn job details:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the User Profile in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
- Look for the Automation section.
- Go to Scheduler. A list of schedulers will be displayed.
- Hover over the Auto Responder Campaigns to view the cron job details.
