Why does my scheduled email campaign get delayed by a few minutes?

A scheduled campaign is sent only after its cron job runs, and a cron job is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. 
Follow these steps to view the cron job:
  1. Log in to the CRM
  2. Go to the User Profile in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
  4. Go to Automation > Scheduler. A list of schedulers will be displayed.
  5. Hover over Email Campaigns to view the cron job for email campaigns.
