A scheduled campaign is sent only after its cron job runs, and a cron job is scheduled to run every 15 minutes.
Follow these steps to view the cron job:
- Log in to the CRM
- Go to the User Profile in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
- Go to Automation > Scheduler. A list of schedulers will be displayed.
- Hover over Email Campaigns to view the cron job for email campaigns.
