How to Use Twitter on Social?

Let us learn how to set up and use your Twitter account from the Social module.
1.   Social module is available by default in the CRM.
Follow these steps to go to Social module:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Look for Campaigns.
  5. Select Social. 
  6. You will be directed to the Social module.

2.  You need to have a Twitter business account to integrate your Twitter handle with   
      Vtiger CRM.
