How do I use Twitter from the Social module in the CRM?

To set up and use your Twitter account from the Social module, you need to:
  • Have a Twitter business account.
  • Authorizing your Twitter account in the Social module.
Note: The Social module is available by default in the CRM.
 
Follow these steps to authorize and use your Twitter account from the Social module: 
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Look for Conversations.
  5. Select Social. You will be directed to the Social module.
  6. Select Twitter. You will be directed to enter your Twitter login details.
  7. Click Authorize app. You will be directed back to the Social module. Twitter will now be displayed under the Social module.
  8. Click Twitter.
Your Twitter account will be displayed on the Social module dashboard. You are now ready to use Twitter with Social!
