How do I like a Tweet from the Social module screen in the CRM?

The Like Tweet option allows you to express your appreciation for a Tweet directly from the CRM screen
Follow these steps to like a Tweet:

  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Look for Conversations.
  5. Select Social. You will be directed to the Social module.
  6. On the left-hand side, under Posts, click Twitter.
  7. Choose the Tweet you want to like.
  8. Click the Like icon at the bottom of the Tweet.
The specific Tweet will be liked with a success message ‘Tweet liked successfully’, and you can unlike the same by re-clicking the like icon.
