How to add a deal from a Tweet using Actions?

Integrating your Twitter with your Vtiger Social module lets you add new deals when someone mentions you in a Tweet or when they someone replies to your Tweet and think the mention is a good enough deal to pursue.


Follow these steps to add a deal from a Tweet:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. Click Add Deal. You will be directed to the Add Deal window.
  4. The user who Tweeted the deal is by default taken as the Deal Name for the deal record.
  5. The user’s Tweet (deal) is, by default, taken as Executive Summary for the deal record.
  6. Enter all the deal details on the Add deal window for the deal record.
  7. Click Save. 

With this, you have successfully added a deal and created its deal record, which will be saved in the deals module.
