How do I log in to my Facebook account using Social?

Follow these below steps to log in to your Facebook account on Social:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials > Conversations.
  4. Select Social. You will land on the Social module.
  5. Select Facebook.
  6. Enter your Facebook credentials in the login window.
  7. Click Log In.
  8. Click Continue at the bottom-right corner.
