You can reply to comments from the
All Posts,
Comments, or
Mentions section on your Social dashboard.
Follow these steps to reply to a comment:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Essentials > Conversations.
- Select Social. You will land on the Social module.
- Click Facebook under Posts on the left-hand side.
- Choose a post.
- Click the Comment icon to see the comments.
- Click Reply to type a reply.
- Click Post.
