How do I log in to Google My Business?

Follow these below steps to log in to your GMB account on Social:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials > Conversations.
  4. Select Social. You will land on the Social module.
  5. Select Google.
  6. Enter your Google credentials in the login window and click Log In.
  7. Click Continue at the bottom-right corner.
You can successfully log in to your GMB account and start using it by performing the steps above.
