How to add a lead from a Tweet using Actions?

Integrating your Twitter account with the Vtiger Social module lets you add users who mentioned you in a Tweet or replied to your Tweet as new leads in the CRM.


Follow these steps to add a lead from a Tweet:  
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. Click Add Lead. You will be directed to the Add Lead window.
  4. The Twitter handle of the user by default is added as the Last Name .
  5. Enter the other details of the Lead record.
  6. Click Save. 

With this, you have successfully added a lead and created its lead record, which will be saved in the leads module.
