To set up and use your Twitter account from the Social module, you need to:
- Have a Twitter business account.
- Authorizing your Twitter account in the Social module.
Note: The Social module is available by default in the CRM.
Follow these steps to authorize and use your Twitter account from the Social module: - Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Essentials.
- Look for Conversations.
- Select Social. You will be directed to the Social module.
- Select Twitter. You will be directed to enter your Twitter login details.
- Click Authorize app. You will be directed back to the Social module. Twitter will now be displayed under the Social module.
- Click Twitter.
Your Twitter account will be displayed on the Social module dashboard. You are now ready to use Twitter with Social!
