How to retweet a Tweet that mentions me or my business?

The Retweet option automatically reposts the Tweet that mentions you. You can also quote the Tweet as well.


Follow these steps to retweet a mention: 
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Look for Conversations.
  5. Select Social. You will be directed to the Social module.
  6. On the left-hand side, under Posts, click Twitter.
  7. Choose the mentioned Tweet you want to Retweet.
  8. Click the Retweet icon at the bottom of the mentioned Tweet.

With this, you have successfully retweeted a Tweet mentioning you.
The retweeted Tweet will be reposted on your Twitter page and only the Retweet count will be displayed in the CRM.
