How do I hit a Like to a tweet that mentions me or my business?

The Like Tweet option allows you to express your appreciation for a Tweet that mentions you.
Follow these steps to like a mention:

  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials.
  4. Look for Conversations.
  5. Select Social. You will be directed to the Social module.
  6. On the left-hand side, under Posts, click Twitter.
  7. Choose the mentioned Tweet you want to like.
  8. Click the Like icon at the bottom of the mentioned Tweet.
  9. The specifically mentioned Tweet will be immediately reported as liked, and you can unlike the same by reclicking the like icon.

With this, you have successfully liked a mention Tweet.
