If you're unable to fetch your Facebook pages and related Lead-Ad forms, please verify if your Facebook page is connected to Vtiger CRM.
In case of revoked access, please reconnect or reauthenticate your Facebook pages with Vtiger CRM. Follow the below steps to reauthenticate your Facebook page with Vtiger CRM:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the Main Menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Facebook under the Extensions tab.
- Click Reconnect, and enter your page credentials.
- Click Save.
Note: - Ensure that Facebook add-on is install in your CRM.
- Only users with admin permissions can perform the aforementioned actions.
