If you try to remove a booster pack feature quantity that is already in use, the system allows you to remove only the unused quantity. It also displays the following error message, Cannot reduce the quantity, please remove a few records and then try.
For example, for One Enterprise edition, if you add quantity - 5 for a custom module booster pack, a total of 30 (25+5) custom modules will be allowed. If 29 out of 30 custom modules are being used and you try to remove quantity - 3 i.e., enter the new quantity as 3, the system displays the following error message, Cannot reduce the quantity, please remove a few records and then try. And allows you to remove only quantity 1 (unused quantity).

Limitations
Co-Owner booster packs
The One Enterprise edition does not let you add quantity (1) for the Co-Owner booster pack as the existing Co-Owner field by default lets you add the quantity (1).
Scheduled Workflows and Scheduled Reports booster packs
- If you add a booster pack for Scheduled Workflows or Scheduled Reports, it will by default increase the overall count for all allowed workflows and reports for the edition.
- For example, One enterprise edition allows a total of 100 workflows and 30 scheduled workflows. If you add the quantity as 1 for ‘Booster Pack for 3 Daily Schedule Workflows’, then it allows an overall count of 103 workflows and lets you add 33 scheduled workflows for the edition. The same holds good for Scheduled Reports as well.
Downgrading a Vtiger CRM edition
- When you downgrade your CRM edition, the booster pack quantity added is displayed with ** .
- You will not be able to downgrade your CRM edition if you exceed the edition limit + booster pack quantity.
- For example, in One Enterprise edition, 25 custom modules are allowed. If you add a booster pack with quantity - 5, then a total of 30 custom modules are allowed for the edition (25+5=30).
- Now, if you downgrade the edition to One Pilot (which does not support custom modules) you can use only 5 custom modules from the installed booster pack quantity. And you must delete the extra custom modules before the downgrade as you will not be able to do it otherwise.
