Emails are not getting delivered to my contacts. Why?

To ensure that your ad hoc emails, workflow emails, and other emails get delivered to your contacts, you must configure certain settings.

Follow these steps to ensure your contacts receive your emails:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Look for the Configuration section.
  5. Go to Email Settings.
  6. Go to the Required Opt-in for Email Delivery section.
  7. Enable the following checkboxes:
    1. Allow sending ad-hoc emails to contacts that have opted-out
    2. Allows sending workflow emails to contacts that have opted-out
    3. Automatically send a double opt-in email after webform submission
