Can I send a WhatsApp message to my contact from the CRM?
Yes, it depends on the module from which you are sending a message:
- From the Contacts and Vendors modules, you can send messages directly to the phone number of the contact or vendor.
- For all other modules, you can send messages to the phone number of the related contact listed in the CRM.
