No, you cannot use your personal Facebook account.

WhatsApp uses approved Business Manager accounts to identify your business and associate your phone numbers with it.

Therefore you need to have a Facebook Business Manager account to integrate your Twilio number with WhatsApp. If you do not have a Facebook Business Manager ID, click here to create one.
