Can I create WhatsApp messages for approval notifications?

Yes, you can create WhatsApp messages to send approval notifications that are required for certain processes in the CRM. Approval notifications tell the receiver whether a request submitted was approved or rejected.
For example, one of your salespersons has submitted a Quote with a considerable discount for approval and has sent it via WhatsApp for approval. As a Manager, you can send a reply via WhatsApp, saying the discount cannot be approved.
