How do I view WhatsApp messages received in Vtiger CRM?

Incoming WhatsApp messages appear as alerts and notifications in Vtiger CRM. These alerts let you know when a new message arrives, and clicking them opens the Contact’s chat or Live Chat window so you can read and reply from the CRM itself.
