Where can I see all the WhatsApp messages I have sent or received in the CRM?

The List View of the WhatsApp module displays all the WhatsApp messages that have been sent and received.
In the List View, you can:

  • Check sent and received messages
  • Check the status of messages
  • Open individual messages to view details
Follow these steps to view your WhatsApp messages:
  1. Log in to the CRM
  2. Go to Essentials
  3. Go to Conversations > WhatsApp

The WhatsApp List View displays records of all WhatsApp messages sent or received.
The Summary View of individual records displays the details for each record.
