Can I add FAQ to Google My Business?

Yes, you can. 

Follow these steps to add FAQ:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Essentials > Conversations.
  4. Select Social. You will land on the Social module.
  5. Click the + icon left-hand side (beside Questions).
  6. Select your account under the Select a Location drop-down.
  7. Enter the question in the Question textbox.
  8. Enter the answer in the Answer textbox.
  9. Click Save.

You can view the FAQ under the Questions section.
