Introduction

Vtiger CRM contains a plethora of modules and features, and each of them has its unique functionality. 

Keeping customer requirements in mind, we offer three editions - Sales, Help Desk, and All-In-One. Each edition has subcategories called tiers.

  • Sales edition has three tiers - Sales Starter, Sales Professional, and Sales Enterprise.
  • Help Desk edition has two tiers - Help Desk Starter and Help Desk Professional.
  • All-In-One edition has two tiers - One Professional and One Enterprise.

All editions and tiers come with specific modules based on the demands and needs of customers.

This article will enlighten you about Vtiger editions and the availability of the features and the limits for each of these editions and the associated limitations.
