Introduction
In Vtiger mobile app, you can scan business cards and create Lead/Contact right away.
Here are a few tips to capture the picture of a business card.
Focus
While clicking the image, ensure that the camera focus on the card is perfect.
Tap on the card to refocus if the auto-focus is imperfect.
Alignment
Aligning the business card while capturing image is very important.The wrong alignment cannot capture the data properly. Ensure that the alignment of the card is perfect.
White Balance
After focusing and aligning the card, adjust the brightness and contrast to get the data right.
After capturing the image, you can use internal or external photo editing tool to enhance the image and then scan it.
