Introduction
Vtiger CRM contains a plethora of modules and features, and each of them has its unique functionality.
Keeping customer requirements in mind, we offer three editions - Sales, Help Desk, and All-In-One. Each edition has subcategories called tiers.
- Sales edition has three tiers - Sales Starter, Sales Professional, and Sales Enterprise.
- Help Desk edition has two tiers - Help Desk Starter and Help Desk Professional.
- All-In-One edition has two tiers - One Professional and One Enterprise.
All editions and tiers come with specific modules based on the demands and needs of customers.
