What is the Google My Business integration with Vtiger Social?

Google My Business or GMB is a tool that helps businesses manage their online presence across Google platforms like Search and Maps.
 
In Vtiger CRM's Social module, you can add multiple GMB accounts depending on your business location. For example, Vtiger CRM could have two GMB accounts as the company is located in two different regions. 

By logging in to your GMB account from Social, you can do the following:
  • Post content
  • Monitor questions and answer them
  • Monitor reviews
  • Create leads, contacts, cases, and deals
