Introduction

Raise your hand if you are switching back and forth between multiple apps to gather information about your contacts, deals, or just about anything.

If this is the case, we bet you are having a hard time integrating information and spending extravagantly on the same.

Want to know about an easier way to do this? Vtiger’s One View will solve the problem for you!

One view provides a 360-degree view of all the information related to a CRM entity.

For instance, you can get a comprehensive view of customer-related deals, cases, campaigns, projects, and other details, all in a single view.

The One View Advantage - How is it useful!

Let us draw a parallel between Vtiger and other CRMs.

Other CRMs scatter information in different apps. This causes duplication and makes it difficult for users to map data between multiple apps.

On the contrary, Vtiger gathers and displays information from present all CRM apps in One View. This bridges the gap between different departments of a company and makes accessing information easy.

Let us look at a few real-time use cases to understand One View better.

Marketing - Sales

A sales rep can view the email campaigns the marketing team sent out to a customer and get insights about its interactions with the customer.

Sales - Sales Operations

A sales rep can ensure the swift creation of a sales order when a deal is won and get notified when the deal invoiced.

Sales - Support

A sales rep can ensure that a contact’s case is resolved quickly to achieve better customer satisfaction.

Marketing - Support

A marketing rep can upgrade a lead’s score based on his or her conversation with a support rep.
