How do I set up a personal WhatsApp number in the Vtiger CRM app?

Follow these steps to set up your WhatsApp personal number in the Vtiger CRM app:
  1. Log in to the Vtiger CRM app on your phone.
  2. Click the Main Menu. 
  3. Click Settings. 
  4. Go to the Vtiger WhatsApp Settings section.
  1. Enable Use Personal WhatsApp.
  2. Enter the mobile number on which you are using WhatsApp. 
  1. An Allow Notification Access to Vtiger message pops up.
  2. Click Continue. The Please configure your personal WhatsApp number window pops up.
  3. Enter your mobile number.
  4. Click Confirm. You will be directed to the Notification Access settings on your phone.
  5. Enable Vtiger CRM by activating the toggle button.
