How do I create WhatsApp Templates in Ampala?

Follow the below steps to create Ampala WhatsApp Templates on Vtiger CRM:
  1. Log in to your Ampala account. The Dashboard page appears.
  2. Click More.
  3. Click WhatsApp.
  4. Go to WhatsApp Settings on the right side.
  5. Click Templates. A Message Templates window opens.
  6. Click on the Add new template. A Create new template window opens.
  7. Enter all the required information in the Message Template section.
  8. Click Save
Once a template is approved, it will be available in the WhatsApp Message Templates section. The Message Template Status column will display WhatsApp's approved and rejected templates.
