What are the prerequisites for integrating Gupshup with Vtiger CRM?

To integrate WhatsApp and use it with Vtiger CRM through Gupshup:

•  You must have a business account with Gupshup.
•  Your business account with Gupshup should be active.

 You must enable WhatsApp Extension in Vtiger CRM.
