User Management - Login History

View user login history - See when your users have logged in or out of the CRM.

Introduction

Login History in Vtiger CRM gives you the login history of all CRM users and helps you track a user’s login and logout time.

You can access Login History only if you are an Admin user. 

Important Fields in Login History

 

Field Name

Description

User Name

The name of the logged-in user

User IP Address

The IP address from which a user logged in

Sign-In Time

The date and time at which a user logged in to the CRM

Sign-Out Time

The date and time at which a user logged out of the CRM

Browser

The browser used to log in

Status

Whether a user is currently signed in or signed out. The Status is ‘Continuing’ if a user continues to log in to the  session from the previous day

 

Accessing Login History


Follow these steps to view the login history of users:

  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the CRM screen.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Look for the User Management section.
  5. Click Login History.
  6. Click on the drop-down above the column names.
  7. Select All to view all the users’ login history or select a user to view their login history.
