How do I configure Signals in Calculus AI?
Follow these steps to configure the Signals:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Click User Menu.
- Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
- Go to Extension.
- Click Calculus. The Calculus AI page opens.
- Go to Signals.
- Click Add New. The Key Signals page opens.
- Enter or select the following information:
- Signal Name: Enter a name to identify the signal.
- Keywords: Define the Keywords using logical conditions.
- AND – All specified keywords must be present in the message.
- Example: refund AND delay
The signal triggers only when both refund and delay appear in the message.
- OR – Any one of the specified keywords can trigger the signal.
- Example: refund OR cancellation
The signal triggers if either a refund or a cancellation appears.
- NOT – Excludes specific keywords from triggering the signal.
- Example: refund NOT policy
The signal triggers only if a refund appears, but the policy does not. - Combined Conditions – You can combine multiple operators for better accuracy.
- Example: (refund OR cancellation) AND urgent
The signal triggers when the message contains either refund or cancellation, and also includes urgent.
- Channels: Select the channel where the signal should be applied.
- Sentiment: Choose the sentiment of the message to trigger the signal.
- Category: Select the category that best describes the signal.
- Who Said It?: Specify whether the message is from a customer, agent, or any.
- Suggestions: Select which suggestion to display, such as a document, email template, etc.
- Suggestion Text: Enter the predefined reply shown in the reply mail box.
- Click Save.
