Explain how do I automatically send an FAQ (in a reply).
- You must set Case Category and Subcategory for incoming emails in Calculus GPT settings.
- Calculus GPT reads the content of the email and finds matching FAQs using Category and Subcategory.
- If a matching FAQ or FAQs are found, the links are sent in an email to the customer. Clicking the link will take the user to the KB page with the FAQ link.
- Note: You need to activate Calculus GPT to use this feature.
