What is the Best Time to Contact feature in Vtiger CRM?
The Best Time to Contact feature predicts the best time to contact your customer based on previous interactions. You can click the Best Time to Contact icon to display the time and date.
A green line above each time represents the maximum and minimum probability of successfully reaching the contact. If the Contact has no recorded interactions, the feature won't suggest any time and date.
Note: If a Contact has a predicted time, it will be displayed directly (for example, Today 10:30 PM). When you click the displayed time, you’ll see a drop-down list of suggested time slots.
